Chocolate Cream Cheese Cupcakes

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour1/4 cups cocoa1tsp baking soda1 tsp vanilla1 cup water1/3 cup oil1 cup sugar1 - 8 oz package of cream cheese1 large egg1/3 cup sugar1/2 -12 oz bag of chocolate chips or 1 1/4 cups
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine first set of ingredient: flour, cocoa, baking soda, vanilla, water, oil, sugar. Mix until thoroughly blended.
Beat together second set of ingredients: cream cheese, egg, sugar. Slowly stir in chocolate chips.
Pour first cocoa mixture into 12 paper or foil lined cupcake/muffin baking tins until evenly distributed.
Drop heaping spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture into each cupcake tin on top of the cocoa mixture (it may sink, that's totally fine) until evenly distributed.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until baked all the way through (the cream cheese center/topping will be a bit gooey still).
Makes 12 servings.
