2 lg. chicken breasts cut into cubes2 tsp. sesame oil1/2 tsp.-1 tsp dried red pepper flakes 1 tbsp. freshly grated ginger rootJuice of one lime3 tbsp. oyster sauce3 tbsp. honey ( could use agave)1 tbsp. toasted sesame seed or fresh cilantro (optional garnish)
Heat sesame oil, chili peppers, and ginger for 1 min. Add lime juice, oyster sauce and honey and heat for 1 min. Add chicken and cook on med. low for 8 min...then increase heat, turn chicken and heat another 5-10 minutes or until cooked through and sauce is sticky. Watch carefully so the sauce does not burn. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds or fresh cilantro if desired and serve with rice or vegetables.
