Bean and Spinach Soup

1 Small Onion, chopped1 clove, chopped or 1 tsp fresh garlic1 can Chicken Broth (14.5 oz)1 can Great Northern Beans, drained (15.8 oz)1/4 cup white cooking wineHerbs of your choice6 cups baby spinach4 tsp grated parmesan cheese
1. Saute garlic and onion in cooking spray in medium saucepan.
2. Stir in chicken broth, great northern beans, cooking wine, and your choice of herbs.
3. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer till liquid starts to thicken and cook off
4. Stir in spinach, let simmer just till wilted
5. Serve immediately in soup bowls, sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over top
