My Beef Stew

Ingredients
1/2 kilogram beef chuck 3 whole carrot -- cut into 1-inch pieces 1/2 whole onion 1 rib celery -- cut in 1" cubes 2 cloves garlic 1 large potato -- quartered 1 medium yam -- quartered 250 milliliters Beef Broth 1/4 cup flour
Directions
Prepare vegetables and garlic, place in bottom of crock pot. Dip beef cubes, into flour, sear, flour dipped stew beef cubes. Place on top of vegetables. Set crock pot to cook on low, place lid on. Cook for 8-10 hours.
