Ingredients
1 lb Bacon -- cooked until crispy1 cup Mayonnaise1 cup Sour Cream1 Tomato -- peeled and seeded and diced
Directions
1. Cook bacon until crispy, drain on paper towels.
2. Peel, seed and dice tomato while bacon cooks.
3. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream.
4. Crumble bacon into the sour cream and mayonnaise mixture.
5. Mix in tomatoes just before serving.
