2 links Jennie O Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage8 oz 4% Laura's Lean Ground Round1/4 cup finely chopped onion3 tsp minced garlic1/2 egg1/2 tsp olive oil3 tsp italian seasoning1 tsp garlic pepper
Preheat oven to 425.
Heat olive oil in small skillet. Add garlic & onion & saute. Put onion & garlic in large bowl.
Remove casing from turkey sausage and put sausage into bowl with onion & garlic. Add ground round, egg & seasonings. Mix well.
Form about twelve meatballs, each about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Place meatballs in a non-stick 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 425 uncovered for about 25 minutes or until done.
Makes 12 meatballs (3 per serving)
