Ingredients
1 Cup Romaine Lettuce, shredded1Tbsp sliced black olives2 Tbsp chopped scallions1/2 Cup chopped tomatoes1/4 Avocado, sliced1 Tbsp shredded parmesan cheese1 Tortilla Chip crushed3 Oz Chicken Breast, grilled and chopped1 Tbsp Oil & Vinegar dressing
Directions
Cook chicken and chop into bite size pieces.
Toss all ingredients together then crush one tortilla chip and sprinkle over the top
