Ingredients
2 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour (or whole wheat flour)1/2 cup buttermilk powder1/2 cup ground flaxseed1 tbsp baking powder2 tsp baking sodaTo use your dry mix:1)Measure the desired # of cups of dry mix in a bowl2) add 1/4 cup egg substitute or 1 egg for each cup of mix3) add 1 1/2 tbsp canola oil for each cup of mix4)add 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract for each cup of mix5) add 2/3 cup of water for each cup of mix (add a little more if you like the batter a little thinner)
