Chicken Stirfry

Ingredients
3 chicken breast1tbsp olive oil1 can water chestnuts1 bunch of scallions1container sliced mushrooms2 cups of snow peas2 cups of mung beans4tbsp soy sauce1 box of Hoo-Mee Chow Mein Mix2 cups water
Directions
1. cut chicken into bite size pieces
2. Stirfry in 1 tbsp of olive oil
3. Once chicken is cooked, pour in all the vegetables.
4. Mix sauce packet, water and soy sauce together to form sauce, and pour over mixture.
5. Cover and cook for 20-30 minutes. The longer if cooks, the better it tastes
