Whole Wheat Banana Bread

Ingredients
1/3 cup Unsweetened Applesauce1/4 cup Honey1/4 cup Brown Sugar2 Eggs1 tsp. Vanilla extract1 1/4 cup mashed Banana1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour1 Tbl Ground Flax Seed1 tsp Baking soda1/2 cup chopped walnuts1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp Nutmeg1 Tbl Brown Sugar1/8 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Combine and mix wet ingredients.
Combine and stir together dry ingredients in separate, larger bowl.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
Stir until moist.
Place batter in a greased 9x5 bread pan.
Stir 1T brown sugar and 1/8 cup chopped nuts together and sprinkle atop the bread batter.
Bake 55-60 minutes at 325F.
Cool 1/2 hour before slicing.
