Ingredients
125 ml fat free milk1 tbls flour2 tsp soft margarine (less fat)20 g grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Melt margarine on low heat in pot.
Take of heat and add flour, stir until paste forms.
Heat milk seperatelly until warm, not boiling.
Add milk bit by bit and stir continiously until nice and thick.
Take of heat and add grated cheese.
