Sloppy Turkey Joes

Ingredients
2 lbs Ground Turkey4 oz canned mushrooms1/2 cup FINELY chopped Green Peppers1 med onion Finely chopped1 stalk celery Finely choppedSalt & Pepper to taste3 tsp Worcestershire Sauce1 can Tomato Soup425 Grams Tomato Sauce1/2 cup Brown Sugar
Directions
This makes about 10 sandwiches. Just cook the meat in a skillet with the vegetables until done. Add all other ingredients and let simmer until well saucy. Enjoy on a whole grain bun and some low fat cheese, if you like.
