1 CUP OATMEAL1 CUP NON FAT MILK1 CUP WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR12 PACKETS SPLENDA1/2 CUP APPLE PEELED, CORED AND CHOPPED OR GRATED1/3 CUP EGG WHITE SUBSTITUTE1 TSP BAKING POWDER1/2 TSP BAKING SODA1/2 TSP KOSHER SALT1 TSP GROUND CINNAMON1/4 CUP RAISINS1 CUP BANANAS SMASHED
PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES. SPRAY MUFFIN PAN WITH COOKING SPRAY. COMBINE WET INGREDIENTS AND MIX. COMBINE DRY INGREDIENTS AND WHISK TOGETHER. ADD TO WET INGREDIENTS. ADD RAISINS. DO NOT OVER MIX BATTER OR MUFFINS WILL BE TOUGH. USE A ICREAM SCOOP TO PUT IN PREPARED MUFFIN PAN. BAKE 20-25 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE. REMOVE FROM PAN LET COOL AND ENJOY. CAN BE FROZEN AND REHEATED FOR A QUICK SNACK OR BREAKFAST. MAKES 15 MUFFINS.
