Ingredients
1 # ground turkey - LEAN2 quarts water1 quart tomato j uice3 sweet peppers (red or green) diced1 1/2 C. chili sauce1 C. uncooked long grain rice2 celery ribs, diced1 large onion, diced2 garlic clobes, minced1/2 t. salt
Directions
In a large dutch oven, over medium heat, brown turkey. Add the remaining ingredients & bring to a boil. Reduce heat &simmer uncovered for 1 hr or until rice is tender
