Ingredients
1 tblsp canola oil1 chicken breast1 cup carrolts, chopped1 cup celery, chopped1/2 cup onion, chopped1 1/2 cups potatoes, diced2 cups turnips, diced1 cup zucchini, diced
Directions
brown the chicken breast in the canola oil, add the water and boil chicken breast till done, remove and strain liquid and put back on stove, add remaining ingredients and boil till done. makes 8 -1 cups servings
