1 tsp extra virgin olive oil1/2 c. chopped onion1/2 c. chopped green pepper1/2 c. diced fresh tomato1 pouch Boca Meatless ground burger1-16 oz can fat free black beans2 tsp chili powder1 tbsp ground cumin1 c. water4 FlatOut light sundried tomato wraps4 leaves Bib Leaf lettuce4 tbsp salsa
In a large skillet , warm olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and tomato. Cook until onion and pepper are tender. Add Boca meat and black beans, stir frequently to keep ingredients from sticking to pan. Add seasonings and stir to incorporate. Add water all at once. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Plate ingredients on FlatOut wraps with lettuce and salsa. Add a slice of tomato to burrito, if desired. Goes well with fresh fruit.
