Asparagus and Chicken

Ingredients
Whole wheat pasta - about 8ozTwo Chicken breasts25 spears of Asparagus in 1 in pieces4 cloves of Garlic minced1/2 onion chopped1/8 cup sun dried tomatoesBasiloregano
Directions
makes two servings.

1. prepare pasta as directed.
2. Cut chicken into 1/4 inch strips, add to medium high heat pan to cook.
3. Cut up veggies.
4. Add onions and garlic to chicken once cooked for 2 minutes.
5. Add asparagus and 1/2 cup water. Cook for 5 minutes. Drain extra water.
6. Add sun dried tomatoes and other seasoning.
