Rice and Beef Porcupines

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef1 tsp. salt3 tbls. onion1/2 tsp. oregano1/4 tsp. rosemary1/2 c. uncooked rice2 tbls. oil2 cans (8oz. each) tomato sauce1 c. water
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the beef, salt, onion, oregano, rosemary, and rice. Shape mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls.
Heat oil in a heavy skillet over low heat for about 1 min. Cook the meatballs, uncovered, turning frequently until browned on all sides about 5 min.
Add the tomato sauce and water, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
