1 whole wheat pita, large1/4 cup of red grapes5 almonds1 tbsp light miracle whip1 tbsp fat free sour cream1/2 cup of leftover roasted chicken, white meat2 pieces of romaine lettuce
Put lettuce inside pita bread. Chop the almonds and grapes, mix with all other ingredients and stuff inside pita bread.
