Jalapeno and Lime Hummus

Ingredients
1 can (240g net) Chickpeas or Grabanzo Beans, drained and rinsed1 Large Lime, juiced1-2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter or Sun Butter3 Cloves Garlic2 Heaping Tablespoons Jalapeno Peppers, pickled1-2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro (Corriander)1 Pinch Cumin1 Pinch Red Pepper Flakes, up to 1 teaspoon1 Pinch of Salt, Sea Salt preferrably
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender until smooth. If hummus is thick, add a tablespoon of water at a time until desire consistancy.

Makes about 3 cups - 1/4 cup per serving.
