Tomato Caper Pasta

Ingredients
½ onion, chopped1 T. butter1 tsp. coarse salt1 tsp. cracked pepper¼ tsp. celery seed2 cloves of garlic, minced8 oz. Happy Harvest Tomato Sauce1-2 T. Shiraz, or your favorite wine1 T. dried basil1 T. capers, drained2 c. whole grain pasta, cooked and drainedFresh parmesan cheese, grated, optional (not included in calorie count)
Directions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain. Set aside.

Meanwhile, in skillet over medium heat, saute chopped onion and garlic in butter. Add salt, pepper, celery seed. Cook until transluscent.

Add tomato sauce, Shiraz, basil, and capers. Simmer until reduced to desired thickness.
Stir in drained pasta.

Garnish with grated parmesan cheese. Serve hot. Serves 4.
