Light & Easy Chicken and Dumplings

Ingredients
4 whole size boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved or sliced (your preference)32 oz fat free or 99% fat free chicken broth1 12 oz. package Mary B's Open Kettle Dumplingscornstarch to thickensalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Boil halved or sliced chicken breast ina mixture of chicken broth and water until done. Cooking time will vary based on size of chicken pieces. While water is boiling, add entire package of Mary B's dumplings, breaking each layer apart and adding dumplings 1 at a time. (dumpling strips can be broken in to smaller pieces if you prefer) Cook dumplings for the length of time indicated on the back of Mary B's package. Add cornstarch dissolved in cold water to the pot of boiling dumplings in order to thicken the "sauce" to desired consistency. (Flour can be used in place of cornstarch if you prefer.) Add salt, pepper, and/or chicken boullion to taste. Makes 8 servings of 6oz of dumplings and 1/2 chicken breast.
