Butterless Banana Walnut Muffins

Ingredients
3/4 cup whole wheat flour1/2 all purpose flour, or nutri-wheat flour3 tbl ground flax meal1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt2-3 over ripe bananas, mashed1/2 cup honey1 tsp vanilla1 egg1/3 cup applesauce, unsweetened1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and line muffin try with muffin cups. In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients until well blended.

In a second bowl, mix all wet ingredients until well blended.

Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Do not over mix!

Drop spoonfuls into muffin cups, and bake for 13-16 minutes depending on your oven. (Check with a fork around 10min).
