Mediterranean-style Salmon

1 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter2 Cloves Garlic, minced4 oz. Dry Red Wine1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme, or 3 x's that of fresh thyme4 5-oz. Fresh Salmon Fillets2 Ea Whole Green Onion, Chopped1 Each Lemon, quartered
1) Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in garlic. Cook for a minute or so, stirring constantly. Add wine. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
2) Sprinkle the sea salt and thyme over salmon fillets. Place fillets in skillet and cook for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part, or until fish just flakes when tested with a fork.
3) Sprinkle chopped onion and serve with lemon.
