Cajun-style Salmon

Ingredients
1 Tsp Unsalted Butter1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning1 Clove Garlic, minced1/4 C vermouth4-5oz.Salmon Fillets1 Whole Lemon, quartered
Directions
1) Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in Cajun seasoning and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
2) Add vermouth. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
3) Add salmon fillets. Cook for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part, or until fish just flakes when tested with a fork.
4) Serve immediately with lemon quarter.
