6 chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch cubes1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (I used Old El Paso)16 oz. chunky salsa (I used Pace - Mild)2 cans 98% FF Cream of Chicken Soup (I used Campbells)Options: You can stir in FF sour cream before serving, top with Low Fat Shredded Cheddar (not included in nutrition info)
Place cut up chicken in crock pot, add taco seasoning and mix thoroughly coating all chicken, add salsa and soup, mix thoroughly and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3 hours. Yum!
