Split Pea soup

Ingredients
3 c dried split peas6 c chicken broth3 c chopped carrots2 large potatoes
Directions
Sort peas and add to chicken broth. Peel and chop carrots and potatoes. Add to pot and bring to boil. Turn down to simmer and continue cooking for about 90 minutes. Makes 10 1 -cup servings
