Coffee Mug Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
4 Tbsp flour4 Tbsp sugar2 Tbsp cocoa1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1 egg3 Tbsp milk1 tsp lemon juice 1-1/2 Tbsp Enova oil1/2 tsp vanilla3 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in medium bowl.

Add egg, milk, lemon juice, oil & vanilla - mix well.

Add any optional ingredients, if desired.

Divide batter between 4 coffee mugs. Place the coffee mugs in the microwave and cook on high for 3 minutes.

As it cooks, the cake will rise above the cup but shouldn't make a mess (larger cups ensure this).

Cool a couple of minutes and enjoy!
