4 Boneless Pork Chops (1 lb)4 Servings Stove Top Stuffing Mix2 Cups Sugar Free Apple Pie FillingSalt and Pepper to taste
-Prepare Stove Top Mix without Butter
-Preheat oven to 375*
-Spread 2 cups apple pie filling on the bottom of a Pam-sprayed casserole dish
-Salt and Pepper Pork Chops to taste, then place on top of apple pie filling
-Cover each pork chop with 1/4 of stuffing
-Cover with foil and cook for 30 minutes
-Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes, until pork chops are done (160*)
