Creamy Shrimp Pasta

8 oz Penne pasta2 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 lb raw shrimp, peeled & deveinedRed Pepper Flakes (to taste)Garlic SaltOnion or Onion powderSnow peas4 oz 1/3 fat cream cheese, cubed2 Tbls Parmesan cheese, grated
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Add oil to a large saute pan, add shrimp, red pepper flakes, garlic salt, onion, and salt & pepper. Stir fry/saute for 3-4 minutes until shrimp turns pink. Add snow peas and saute for 2-3 minutes longer. Add cream cheese and stir just until cheese is melted and smooth.
Drain pasta, then toss lightly with shrimp mixture until pasta is coated. Top with parmesan cheese.
Serving size 2 cups, makes 4 servings
