Penne Sausage Bake

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef, 93% lean2 c. veggie sausage crumbles1 can Hunts No Sugar Added spaghetti sauce1/2 jar Ragu Light spaghetti sauce1 onion, chopped1 green pepper, chopped3 cloves garlic, minced18 oz. dry whole wheat penne pasta6 oz part-skim mozzarella, shredded2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook pasta according to pkg. directions, drain.
Brown beef with onion & green pepper, drain. Add sausage crumbles, sauces, and garlic. Let simmer for 5 min.
Combine meat mixture and pasta and transfer ti a 13 x 9 baking pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350 for 15-20 min. Uncover, sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 5-10 min. longer or until cheese is melted.

Makes 10 servings.
