Ingredients
1 lb carrots4 stalks celerylg can green beans1 lg can crushed tomatoes1 can beef broth1/2 pkg knorr vegetable soup mix1 green pepper
Directions
Cover chopped vegetables with water and cook until just about done. Add remaining ingredients and season to taste. Simmer 2 hours
