Homemade Pancakes

Ingredients
1 Cup Flour1Tablespoon Sugar2 Teaspoon Baking Powder1/4 Teaspoon Salt1 Beaten Egg1 Cup 2% Milk 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
Directions
Stir together the first 4 ingredients. In seperate bowl combine the last 3 ingredients Add flour to mixture and stir until well blended but still a bit lumpy. Pour batter onto hot griddle in quarter-cup servings. Turn pancakes over until golden brown on each side. Makes about 5 pancakes.
