Baked Poppers

Ingredients
Jalapeno Peppers, 7 pepper sliced in half and seeded.Philadelphia Light cream cheese, 4 tbsp Cheddar Cheese, 2 slice (1 oz) Hidden Valley Light Ranch, 1 tbsp
Directions
Slice Peppers in half, seed them and blanche in hot water for 5 mins.
Mean while mix dressing, softened cream and 1 oz of cheese put inside peppers and top with remaining chedder cheese.

Bake in oven 375 for 10 minutes then broil for a couple to brown cheese.

1 serving is 2 poppers :)
