Nanny's Broccoli Pasta

Ingredients

10 cloves of garlic3 cups of fresh broccoili, chopped2 tsp olive oil2 cups Organic low sodium vegetable broth1 TBS oreganosalt and pepper to taste2 oz Barilla Plus RotiniGrated Parmesan cheese
1. Put large pot of water on to boil for pasta.
2. Mince Garlic.
3. Add olive oil to a large saute pan, heat over medium high flame and add garlic.
3. Saute for a minute then add broccoli, oregano, salt and pepper and vegetable broth. Cook over medium high high for one to two minutes, stirring. Cover and lower heat to simmer.
4. Cook pasta acording to directions. When done add to the broccoli mixture and toss. Taste and adjust seasonings.
5. Serve with lots of fresh parmesan cheese.
