Ingredients
Unbleached white flour 7CWhole wheat flour 2CWater 3C 110 to115 degrees1 large egg (optional)olive oil 3TBSRapid rise yeast 5tspSalt 1tspSugar 1/2 C
Directions
warm water and place in a large mixing bowl add yeast , sugar and egg. mix and then let set for a minute. add olive oil mix then 2C wheat flour and salt mix slowly add in white flour kneeding in the last 1 or two cups. stop adding flour when you have a smooth dough. Let rise for 10 minutes, punch down and seperate into 3 bread pans.
Makes 16 thin slices per loaf. 48 total.
