Chicken with Roasted Red Peppers and Spinach

Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces Spinach, fresh, 1 cup Peppers, sweet, red, roasted diced, .5 cup Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz Dried Basil 1 tsp
Mix chopped cooked chicken breast with diced peppers, basil and chopped spinach. Add parmesan cheese and Mayo and mix well. Put in 2 individual sized casserole dishes and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Place on a baking sheet in a 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. (Depends on if you start with cold or hot chicken)
