Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
10 cans of low fat cream of mushroom soup1 12oz. box of Minute rice whole grain brown rice1 3lb bag of boneless skinless chicken breasts
Directions
in a deep 9 x 13 baking dish mix together the box of rice and the cream of mushroom soup. Then place chicken breasts on top of mixture and sprinkle with just a touch of i cant beleive it's not butter and salt and pepper. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375 for 45 minutes with foil on and another 45 minutes with foil off. makes about 12-14 servings.
