Sweet Shell Salad

Ingredients
8 ounces of pasta shells dry16 ounces (1 can) of sweetened condensed milk1/2 C kraft fat free mayo1/4 C of white vinager1/2 C of splenda1/2 C of frozen peas thawed1/2 C of chopped onions1/2 C chopped bell pepper1/2 C Celery chopped1/2 C carrots chopped2 ounces of skim mozz cheese diced into small cubes
Directions

1.Bring a large pot of water to a rapid boil and cook pasta according to the package. After cooking, drain and rinse with cold water.
2. Meanwhile prepare veggies and cut up cheese. I use a food processor to save time.
3.Mix together all the veggies in a large bowl.
4. Add sweetend condensed milk, fat free mayo, splenda, and vinager, Toss in pasta shells and Mix well
5 Refrigerate at least 4 hours stirring occasionally. Best if refrgerated over night.

Makes 12 servings about a 1/3 cup each.
