Love pimento cheese but store brand has too many calories. With a few substitutes this will be great. - 2/27/10

Is this tablespoon servings and can you sub FF mayo and FF shred cheese? This sounds very unhealthy - 4/14/09

Of course you can substitue whatever you want, cheese is very healthy for you, the calorie content is a little high, but I was using Grandmother's rec. You can substitue the FF whereever you want. Olives are also quite healthy for you. I have had it with the FF mayo and it is just as good.
