Bell Burger

Ingredients
1 yellow bell pepper1c red onion sliced1 8 oz lean beef patty (85-20)1 slice cheese(I prefer the jalepeno veggie cheese)1 bun (or bread)onion powdergarlic powdersea saltblack pepper
Directions
Season meat with the spices and cook in a dry pan(no oils) after 3 mins turn the burger. Add the onions and yellow bell pepper on top cook another 3 mins. Turn and let the vegies drop to the bottom of the pan so they can saute. Cook another 4 mins or untill your desired wellness. Place on bread add a slice of jalepeno vegie cheese. mmm mmm mmm
