Strawberry Blueberry Buckle

Ingredients
2 cups flour2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp salt3/4 c sugar1/4 c butter, unsalted (softened)1 egg1/2 c skim milk1 c blueberries 1 c strawberries, cut into fourths1/2 c sugar1/3 c flour1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 c. butter, unsalted
Directions
Sift 2 cups flour, baking powder, and salt together. Mix 3/4 c sugar, 1/4 c butter and egg in bowl. Stir in milk. Add flour mixture,strawberries and blueberries to milk mixture; do not overmix. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Mix 1/2 c sugar, 1/3 c flour, cinnamon, and 1/4 c butter in bowl. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 375 for 45 min. (If you use frozen fruit you may need to increase the baking time so the middle isn't doughy.) Makes 8 servings.

This also works with any different kind of fruit you might want to include. Just keep it to 2 cups total fruit! YUMMY!!
