I'm trying to get into tofu more because of its nutrional value and to cut back on animal protein. I wondered about this but was pleased. Not exactly like my mom used to make but really quite good! I'm going to play with this a little and include port. mushrooms and maybe some bulger...Hmmm. - 5/12/09

This was my first time cooking with tofu and I was worried since the mixture looked very crumbly, but I went with it. They were amazing. I did flip them after 30 minutes to get them golden all around, and cooked them for an extra 10 mins. Made a basic tomato sauce and pasta Yum!! - 1/13/12

This was my first experiment with Tofu, and I enjoyed these "meatballs"! I am not vegetarian, but wanted to give tofu a try-- I still prefer "normal" meatballs more, but these were tasty. The texture is quite soft and unusual. I added half a green pepper, half red pepper, & 1 carrot processed fine - 3/14/11
