Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients
*Low-carb whole wheat tortilla*Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese (1 tb)* Brown sugar (1 tsp)*Cinnamon (1/2 tsp)*1/8 c walnuts, chopped*1,2 apple, sliced
Directions
1. Blend together "cream cheese," brown sugar, cinnamon and walnuts in a medium bowl.

2. Place a tortilla between two moist paper towels and microwave for 15-30 seconds.

3. Spread "cream cheese" mixture evenly over warm tortilla and top with thin layer of apples.

4. Roll tortilla up from the bottom.

5. Freeze in tin foil
