Ingredients
1 pound each:Butter clams (in the shell)PrawnsDungenous CrabScallopsFirm white fish (cod or halibut)1 leek - diced6 cloves of garlic1 cup of celery - dicedChicken broth to tasteRed Pepper flakes to tasteBlack pepper to taste
Directions
Peel shell from shrimp. Cook shells in water for 5 minutes. Drain broth and reserve
Soak clams in salt water for 15 minutes, rinse in cold water to drain sand.
Dice vegetables and cook in 1 T of olive oil until soft.
Layer clams (in shells on vegetables.
Add white fish and reserved water. Cook shell fish through.
Add remainder fish and spices.
Cook until hot through.
Serve with salad and bread.
