Amish Hashbrowns (Modified)

*Flour, white, 0.5 cupYellow Cornmeal, 0.33 cupSalt, 2 tspBaking Powder, 1 tsp*Potato, raw, 5 cup shredded.Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.5 cupOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (Minced)House Premium Tofu - Firm, 3 oz
In large bowl, mix dry ingredients.
Add other ingredients, mix till evenly blended.
Heat large skillet over medium-high heat, drop heaping tablespoons of potatoes onto hot pan, flattening slightly. Cook until browned on bottom then flip and cook on other side. Keep in warm oven while frying the rest.
