Low Fat Seafood Salad

Ingredients
12 oz. package of Immitation Crab meat12 oz. package of immitation Lobster meat1 cup chopped celery1 cup grated carrots2 Hard boiled eggs chopped1 fresh tomato diced4 T chopped sweet or green onion1 cup Miracle whip fat free Dressing (if you sub. Miracle whip light it adds 9 grams of fat per serving)
Directions
Cut, dice and slice all ingredients. Mix them all together and chill. Serve on a bed of lettuce or on whole wheat bread or croissant. You can also serve with crackers as an appetizer.

    I did not know how to work star rating and messed up. I make this recipe a lot during busy times to eat for lunch or dinner over a bed of lettuce with a piece of toast on the side. - 9/17/07
