1 Large Head Cauliflower1/4 Cup Instant Mashed Potato Flakes1/4 Cup Fat Free Coffee Creamer1 Tbs Margerine
Directions
Makes 4 servings
Cook cauliflower until soft enough to mash. Strain cauliflower and puree in blender with 1/4 cup fat free creamer. Add instant mashed potato flakes to thicken.
