Ingredients
1/2 lb ground beef1/2 large onion, chopped1 tbsp jalapeno1/2 tps salt, kosher1/4 tps dried red pepper1/4 tps oregano1/4 tps dried basil1/2 tps dried italian seasonings1/4 cup zucchini, sliced1/4 cup summer sqush, sliced3 spears asaparagus, sliced thinly6 white mushrooms, sliced2 cans S&W Organic Ready-Cut diced tomatoes1 can S&W organic tomato sauce
Directions
Makes 8 2x4 [ieces

Brown Ground beef, add all ingredients except pasta and cheese into large sauce pan.
Simmer for two hours.
using a 9x13x2 inxh pan, spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Add layer of sauce to bottom of pan, then uncooked pasta, sauce, cheese. Repeat until all sauce and pasta are used.
Cook at 350 for 30 minutes, covered with foil. Cook an addition 10 minutes with foil removed.
Let sit for 10 minutes then enjoy!
