Whole wheat pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour2 TBSP Splenda, (or sugar)2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup egg beaters (or 1 egg)1 cup skim milk2 TBSP olive oil
Directions
Blend lightly, there will be a few lumps (makes the cakes lighter, don't over-beat) Cook until bubbles appear at edges and appear a little dry. flip and cook the other side. Delicous!

    Very yummy! Although it only made 6 pancakes for me. I couldn't imagin stretching it to make 18, they'd be the size of a quarter! It used one TBSP of olive oil and 1 TBSP of trivia and 1 TBSP of sugar. Next time I'll skip the evoo for less cal. These were a 120 each the way I made them. - 1/18/12
